BOUNCY BOUNCY, vinyl bistro ANDet and livestreaming community radio 伴伴FM.

After graduating from the Royal College of Art in the UK, she returned to China and successfully transformed her passion into a career. Alongside her ongoing work in graphic design, echocatcher became deeply involved in Shanghai’s underground club scene, creating music-related posters and visuals for numerous venues and designing album covers for fellow musicians. In 2021, she launched BOUNCY BOUNCY, a label dedicated to UK flavour music events, where she oversees both the visual and musical direction.

echocatcher specializes in the realm of UK bass-driven dance music, with a deep and expansive understanding of genres like UK Garage, various forms of House & Techno, Breakbeat, Bass Music and more, embracing a broad and fluid interpretation of these styles. She has performed and released mixtapes on radio stations including Rinse SWU FM (UK), Headstream (Bali, Indonesia), BAIHUI (China), Fault Radio (San Francisco, USA), RADIO SOFA (France), Bangkok Community Radio (Thailand), and VISLA FM (Seoul, South Korea).

Since 2021, echocatcher has held residencies at local Shanghai clubs such as Elevator, while also hosting monthly resident nights. Since then, She has performed and organized music events in over ten cities across China. Beyond China, her talent has taken her to international stages, she was invited to UK and Japan for a mini worldwide tour such as venues: VENUE M.O.T London, Womb Tokyo, West Harlem Kyoto and etc.

Also with performances at Bali’s Potato Head, as well as other cities in Asia: Thailand, South Korea, the Philippines, Vietnam and more.
